After long and careful consideration I am afraid I will have to withdraw from the 100K club. I think I have been hitting the gym way to hard and it has caused excessive pain that I have to deal with everday. Sometimes the pain is so great I am not sure I want to put forth the effort of working out anymore. I think its time I acted my age in Army Years and settled for the blessed beer belly I am entitled to. As I sit here and type this I am a little sad, but I hope there are many that will carry on in my place because again I say I can no longer deal with the pain.....................................................
