After making sure that several different dogs were fed the Black Dog Pet Food Pantry was down to one or 2 bags of dog food by Friday evening. I got a surprise call that knocked my socks off. My daughter, Kelly Flickinger, works at a retail store and a customer got to talking with her about her own 2 dobies. While chatting with her, my daughter told her about the Black Dog. Saturday morning Kelly called me, told me about the lady and said she had $40 in cash the woman gave her to be donated to the Black Dog! Imagine, a complete stranger trusted Kelly and the Black Dog to help feed needy pets. The Black Dog was started with a leap of faith. Since then food or cash comes in at exactly the right time. I dont know how He does it but He does it. The Black Dog has a CEO and treasurer named Jesus. I work for Him. My favorite quote is Always run with the big dogs and never lay on the porch with the pups. Now you know who the big dog is.
