After many tries over the last 11 days I was finally able to register on the Healthcare.gov website. Some days I just waited for an app that never was available and other times I could begin to register, maybe get to the last stage, only to have the site have a glitch and I had to start over, again. Now, I am just waiting for the email validation link for the account to be fully operational so I can actually look at some product. Oh sorry I have several pages of personal information to input so they can see if I have to pay full price, before seeing the products. I am so glad I didnt try to put a client through all this before I knew all that was involved. The training does not prepare you for all the waiting. It assumed that it would be all smooth sailing. After all, it cost over $634 million to create it, what could go wrong?
