After many years on the cider, I can confirm that if youre troubled by acid it is not advisable to mix cider and Haribo. I havent been troubled by it myself for a long while but Morrisons 50p offer and my purchase of 30 bags of Haribo has allowed me to extensively test the hypothesis that they mix badly. I am fat again and have fresh holes in my oesophagus. Therefore I am infinitely qualified to say that I will not repeat this experiment for at least 10 hours.
