After more than 5 years with Directv, we switched to WOW cable 2 months ago. We have had repair people out to the house twice trying to fix numerous issues, and the Internet pretty much sucks. Tonight, while watching football, everything went out (cable, Internet, phone). Not a local outage - just at our house. So... Here we are on a Saturday night, tethering through our phones to try to watch football and the bluejackets home opener on our computers. WOW cable, you suck! I will allow you to fix our cable. I will then promptly cancel my service and return to Directv, where at least they understand the concept of customer service and know how to provide a good product. I will gladly pay a little more for that!
