After much deliberation and mostly, reading the comments from you all, it dawned on me that if I close this group it will be for reasons that made me want to open it in the first place! This group is NOT racist in any shape or form. Racism is an ever increasing word that I am having trouble to understand of late as it can crop up so many times, in so many ways, meaning so many different things that quite frankly, I am now sick of it! We have been too busy being politically correct, not wanting to offend anyone and now it has got to the point of being completely out of hand. Great examples of this are the likes of banning a nursery rhyme many of us grew up with ... Baa Baa Black Sheep, Have you any wool? What the hell is wrong with that?? The fact that black is mentioned cannot seriously offend anyone can it?? At the end of the day its only a colour! The poor golliwog was targeted and banned as a result! Wtf??!! He wasnt offensive in the slightest. In fact, he was cute!! Anyway I shall not go on. I just wanted to let you all know what was happening. :D
