After my Dallas trip it is time to kick back into eating 100% clean. 5 meals which 3 will be food consisting of 8oz protein and veggies. The other will be LRW shakes. First meal was a meal replacement with oats and frozen berries. Then a post workout shake using The only whey. Within one week all water and fat I gained will be gone!
