After my accident all I cared about ever doing again was to be - TopicsExpress

After my accident all I cared about ever doing again was to be able to hold my kids, feed them a bottle, and be the best husband, dad, and friend I could be. I didnt care if I would ever feed myself or put my own clothes on. I left God in charge and he did so much more than I ever could have imagined. Before my accident my passion was to hunt and I thought it was going to be over, but my passion for the outdoors grew so much more. I read and hear stories about so and so killed a small deer and so many other stories about what somebody else did and I wanted to say this. When you go through something like I did in life you realize it is NOT about the harvest but the memories you make while hunting. I have had the opportunity to not only hunt again but meet some of the best people in the industry. Many of you I owe for my success and thank you for the friendship and the fellowship. I dont care if people say Jason killed a little deer or think it was a piece of cake or think it is the biggest deer ever. This deer and this hunt put tears in my eyes bc of the hard work throughout the year, but mainly for the opportunity to wake up everyday and do what I love to do. Everybody should think about how lucky we are to be able to do what we love. This is my Kentucky deer for 2014 and I am proud to say I am a hunter. There are some companies that has been so good to me and for my success as a hunter that will never know how much I appreciate them and so many that have taken me hunting or been a huge reason of why I do what I do. I want to thank you guys for the help and the inspiration. If you dont know my story check out jasonkoger
