After my long battle with the ignoramus, unconcerned and highly asinine entity called COMCAST, I am finally about to have media services restored back to my place courtesy of AT&T. √ SADLY, it took well over 7 months, daily emails, Twitter, FB, letters and even spoke directly to corporate to get results!!! Crazy, that we live in a society where the only solution a company can offer is transferring you to another person who is just going to transfer you to another person. I remember when I was working at LG Electronics. If I could at all avoid transferring a customer to someone else I would handle everything they needed on one call. PERIOD! I BELIEVE corporations have gotten so use to making money they forget to take care of the source providing the cash flow....THE PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! FYI: like I said, I wasnt paying a dime and I didnt!! Dont let these companies force you through frustration, to pay for POOR customer service and or products. #MadYancyIsNotWhatYouWant #BOSS
