After my mobile was stolen from my checked baggage and no proper - TopicsExpress

After my mobile was stolen from my checked baggage and no proper action was taken by the airline authorities because I didnt register a complaint at the baggage counter itself, I thought of writing a letter to Mr. Atesh Kumar, Senior Executive-Customer Experience, Spicejet.. And it goes like: Dear Atesh, I really appreciate the way you have addressed my complaint. It was dealt with very well in time. After all, six days is like nothing when compared to our average life span of 66 years. Imagine you are consulting a hospital for chest pain and the doctor visits you after 6 days. Would be great fun, dont you think Atesh? I very much loved the diplomacy you maintained while you [indirectly] called me a fraud who has deliberately hidden his mobile, so as to register a complaint alleging that it was lost during the flight. Okay, my bag looked intact at the airport and that is why I never cared to spill out its contents and ensure the presence of everything that I had stuffed in it. Moreover, it had my very personal belongings [by which I mean my innerwears]; so I thought it might be a bit embarrassing to take them out in front some 200 other passengers. Anyways, next time I will make sure that I keep a check on everything including the count of my very personal belongings while travelling with Spicejet. And dont worry, Ill ask my co-passengers also to do the same. I know you will be thanking me, Atesh. You are welcome. It is mind blowing to realise how protective you are as far as your employees are concerned. I really admire the efforts you are taking to shift the blame on me protect the thugs in your firm who have stolen my belongings. I really wish I too have a job in Spicejet. By the way, considering the immunity you provide to your staff, I am getting more concerns like- are your pilots really pilots or is it the autopilot managing the whole thing? It gives me goosebumps when I think of sharing this experience with my students over the years to come. They also will be loving you for the break during a boring class. Well, if you are continuing with such an exemplary customer service, in another couple of years Ill have start the story like, Once upon a time, there was are airline called Spicejet.... Oh! I almost forgot about the social media. Actually Im kind of reluctant to do that because I have mentioned about my very personal belongings, but who knows, I might change my mind. What ever be, the fact that I personally know some page administrators with more than 50k followers should not bother you. Your tagline says Whatever We Do, We Do It With All Our Heart. From what ever medical knowledge I have, heart is good only for pumping the blood to various body parts and for production of certain biomolecules. Next time, please use your brain while serving your customers. And yeah, congrats on achieving the second position in the list of airlines with the most number of passenger complaints. You are only next to Air India it seems.Hope you will top the list next time. Believe me, you can. No one can, if you cant. All the best. Lol (Lots of Love), Ashikh Seethy
