After my near death experience, i started to realize that everything happens for a reason.. everything.. nothing is coincidence... my wife and i bought a bronco on Craigslist and when we were first fixing it up, it would stall out from time to time.. The first time it happened, Keely Jean was driving at night and broke down on bensten rd. And 5 mile line.. she broke down in front of a mans house at night, and the man came outside to ask her if everything was okay.. keely was on the phone with me, scared out of her mind that the dude might be a serial killer.. He was persistent on having her come in to his house for something to drink while i got there.. I told keely, NO, JUST STAY IN THE TRUCK..IM ALMOST THERE!! when I get to my wife, you can tell shes a bit overwhelmed, but shes happy to see me.. I approached the vehicle, and this guy rounds the corner with his hand held out with a warm smile.. HI. I Shake his hand, but continue towards my wife to make sure shes okay.. He continues.. if you guys want to come inside, I have some food, and drinks if your thirsty. The kids look thirsty. No, thats okay. I replied. if its okay with you, well leave the truck here and tow it in the morning.. Sure no problem, itll be safe here.. hey, by the way, I host a bible study here every tuesday, and I just wanted to invite you to attend. At that moment, it clicked.. keely could have broke down any where else in the valley, but some force made her break down in front of this mans house.. I immediately said yes to his offer, feeling it was part of destiny.. at first it seemed impulsive, but I knew it was the right choice.. to this day, I dont think Ive ever met a nicer human on the planet than Robert V. Toney.. The guy is a perfect gentleman, and a man of the lord.. When I say that, I mean, he lives as close to jesus did as possible.. except instead of carpentry, hes a plumber.. If you ever need any plumbing service done, he owns his own family run business, hes honest, his work is top notch, and his presence will make you feel like you just interacted with the son of God himself.. truly a pleasure to know him, and Im glad our paths crossed in this lifetime..
