After my recent acquisition of my Ben Pearson Cougar, I had decided to try and find a vintage recurve for my eldest son Jack who is 8. I managed to find this beautiful Pearson Bronco. 48 AMO, 20@24, w/ ivory glass and a exquisite English Tan wood riser. Check out the wood grain. I think it looks amazing. I polished up the limbs with a fiberglass polish, shined up the wood with a lemon wood finish oil and added a new shelf pad and strike plate. Im waiting for my new string to arrive. My boy is very excited. If anyone has any suggestions on how they restore older recurves, Id appreciate your comments. Fly swift and true, Brett of Bow.
