After not being able to deadlift for 2 weeks because the gym in Mexico basically had cardio machines and dumbells the heaviest being 40lbs lol... I decided to do rack pulls today from warmups at 135lbs an then 185lbs for 3 reps and then 205 for 1 rep an I tried to pull 225lbs got it half way up an then I had to set it down. So close!! Gonna be working on getting that 225 off the ground!! By George I will do it
