After one final observation yesterday, I felt confident and was very happy and proud to announce Cheyenne as my Youth Self-defense Coach to the students and their parents. She assisted with the Bully Beware syllabus, assisted with instruction at the onset, then took over instruction 3 weeks ago while under my constant observation, and initiated "class rules" consisting list of rules, the consequence of breaking each rule, and consequences for repeated offenses. She actually caught yours truly in an "instructor" infraction and enforced the consequence, which demonstrated to the students how serious this is. All were receptive to her as their coach, and you can tell appreciate her skills as such when she gives each individualized instruction to enhance their techniques. Fantastic student, awesome Coach, and excellent TEAM PLAYER!
