After only 48 hours at home, baby girl is back in the hospital. She had been uncomfortable all day, and at night we noticed heavy breathing. When we checked her sats, her heart rate was pretty high. The drs told us to bring her to the ER. Other than a few inconsistent blood pressures and the symptoms she came in with, all her other exams (xrays, EKG, ECHO) all came back fine. They still decided to admit her to the CVICU for close observation. At 5 am she spiked a 103 fever. She has been responsive to Tylenol but her fever has still been coming back. They sent off some cultures, which will come back in a day or so. Her sats have been a lot lower than normal so she is on oxygen. Praying our little girl gets better soon.
