After over 3 years in this unit and 3 Plumbers I have gone the entire time with no hot water in the ensuite shower or both basins, and a very luke warm main shower that frequented to cold on & off, no reason, plumbers just turned up my thermostat and said run it for longer... After 3 years my neighbour underneath said you know they need to change your tempering valve every 5 years..... Two days with zero hot water and HEY PRESTO a lovely plumber has come out on Sat night from Bondi and put in a new tempering valve!! HOT HOT HOT Water!!! Yeeha!!
