After over a month of planning, construction and fine-tuning, I am proud to announce the launch of the website that will change the way we view news. At Purciello, you are the journalist, the critic and the audience. Scroll to the bottom of the page, register to be a contributor, and begin submitting your voice! Purciello is centered on politics, but don’t let that stop you. Your movie review, fantasy football tips, or fashion advice could be enough to raise your post’s rank and land it at number one on our Loudest Voices list. If you have writer’s block, or just need an idea of a topic that you want to address – take a look at the Around the Web section of Purciello. I update Around the Web with articles from all over the internet. Use these articles to voice your support of an issue, or to create the perfect argument against one. Maybe the journalist said something you really agree with – let us know about it. Or maybe you think the author’s opinions are terrible – we like that too! Voice your opinion; that is the entire purpose of the First Amendment – and Purciello. It doesn’t stop there. Engage contributors and tell them if you agree or disagree with what they wrote. Maybe your debate will lead to a contribution of your own! Your name is tied to the work you do. Be sure that your thoughts are well articulated, and feel free to back your position with sources.
