After over a week of being dizzy, I thought I might have to change my name & avatar to Dizzy Broad .....its a bit better today, but then, I shouldnt be dizzy AT ALL. It still is mostly when I bend over....Looking thru storage tubs this morning for Ebay items was a treat~ Today is fresh quiche` day again.....asparagus & plum tomatoes & Canadian bacon with a fruit salad/yogurt side. Its the best way to start the day; a hardy meal for health & energy. I need to shop for Greek yogurt on sale again. I only make fruit salad when I find bargain yogurt. Its another lovely day too, not muggy and a bit of breeze. I suppose we cant have this EVERY day, but this summer has been as NICE as winter was BAD~ Im lovin it~
