After paying my bill on time every month for the past 10 years, I called Citibank to see if I could get some hardship assistance. I offered to pay them $100 a month for a year. Was on the phone for over an hour. Dude finally said he could lower my minimum monthly payment. From $177 to $172. For the next 5 years. I just had to hang up on him. I cant deal.
