After posting the below picture, I would like to ADJUST the Bodyfat % as I think they are not accurate.... the pictures show the different degrees but the actual bodyfat % is more like; picture 1- is more like 5-8%, the 3rd picture is closer to 12%, the 4th, more like 14-16%, The 5th picture is closer to 15-18%, the 6th more like 28-30% and the last; 32-35% or more...... If youre a guy, you can put your picture in place and see where you fit in the scale as well, although a bit different, it will give you a good idea of where you are..... good enough for you is great..... if not, why not do something about it? Soon, we will have the instrument to give you exact bodyfat and BMI analysis...... and will make our own chart..... see you in the gym?
