After practicing and teaching Qigong or Tai Chi for a number of years, you probably ran into the same challenges that most practitioners have to deal with. And, if you are seriously passionate about the Energy Arts, you probably teach other people, who may also encounter the same issues. I am talking about the Three Most Pervasive Problems with Qigong Practice that I mentioned in one of my recently published videos: 1 – The lack of self-discipline that makes it difficult to maintain regular training schedule; 2 – The tendency to focus on the forms and outer appearances, instead of focusing on the inner essence of the Energy Arts, which is the flow of Qi; 3 – The lack of trust in the flow of things, which leads to trying to manipulate or direct the flow of Qi, rather than being in the flow. Please check out this video on how some of the most successful teachers handle these challenges. If you watch this video on a mobile device, it may sound funky, so please enjoy it using headphones or on a real computer. And feel free to click on the link at the end of the video, if you are seriously interested in being involved in the Qigong Mastermind Group.
