After reading about quantum physics and wave/particle structures of matter and string theory and entanglement, melding with what I have experienced and studied on my own spiritual path in life this is my understanding at the moment: Reality cannot exist if motion is non-existant……reality is not static….time is the motion in our concept of physical reality. Nothing can exist except by comparing how it “appears” in this moment to how it “appears” in a different moment. Therefore changing how something appears changes reality. Our definiton of reality only exists as a snapshot in time compared to a different snapshot taken at a different time. It represents reality and is not reality. Reality is actually the changing of the snapshots, the motion, the vibration of the appearance. Change how reality occurs for you and you change reality. The value in being on a spiritual path is in moving along it, not what “it” is, the journey and not the destination is what brings enlightenment. The golden rule is “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. Found in all religions, it hints at that we are all connected and together are the one. We as individual are the particle and the we as one/others is the wave. The butterfly effect can be seen and understood in this context. Reality is a function of action, movement, vibration, not the source of the vibration. Frequency is a measurement of the vibration, a representation of, reality. When our frequency matches anothers, we live in the same reality. If we wish to change our reality, we must match our frequency of vibration to the frequency of vibration of that reality. Therefore we can change our reality. Words, when spoken, have sound waves, motion, which is why we must guard our words and use only those that move our reality to the vibration we wish to live inside. Even written or thought words have energy, if something exists it must have matter, to have matter it must have energy associated with it. Therefore our words create our reality by allowing for a certain frequency of vibration which allows for a certain reality. Linguistics is all powerful, then. It describes our reality and creates our reality. Shift our words, how we percieve and we shift our reality.
