After recent commits-ceramic restorations, the patient experienced pain in the area 37 of the tooth. On the basis of complaints and objective data was diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis. Given the simple anatomy of the root canals and a small length ( 17 mm) to carry out treatment through a small access it was not hard. Treatment: mouth third - PreRace 35/08 middle third - Profile 25/06 the apical third - 30/04. Irrigation - 3% sodium hypochlorite. Obturation - anterior channels - wave, the distal - injector.
