After returning back from DC last night I stopped in the Bird River Inn to see Rob Fahey perform an acoustic set. He was taking request so I requested this one by John Fogerty that Rob does a great job on. We were taking about it before he played it and said that he loved this song and that when just getting out of high school the Vietnam war was some what coming to an end and he thought that the world would become a better place.
