After reviewing the leakage about the content of this evenings SOTU address, Ive decided to skip it entirely. In my view, its filled with a boat load of populist poppycock that has ZERO chance of passing. Im going to watch a good, reality-based movie instead. Mary Poppins is on top of my list. I can listen to the anal-ysis of Liberal & Conservative pundits later on! Here are SOME of the things I would have liked to see: A) - One time bonus of $2,500 for all veterans, DOUBLED for combat veterans. Funding: A cap of $5,000 on the mortgage interest deduction. B) - Repeal of the ObamaCare individual mandate. Liberals say that health insurance is a RIGHT ... but why is it the ONLY right Im COMPELLED to exercise? Funding: Cancel the loophole that makes employer provided health insurance a tax-free benefit. Since no politician would have the gonadal fortitude to support my proposals, why should I support theirs?
