After seeing the orthopedic doctor this afternoon, he confirmed Tony Lamb did it good. Not just 1 fracture, but 3, and 1 is displaced. He will go in (arthroscopic hopefully) to clean up the bone fragment in the joint and fix the displaced bone. In letting the breaks heal on their own the Dr is confident he will developed arthritis, and soon. So, in hearing this from a VERY conservative Dr/surgeon we trust that surgery is the best way to go, and recovery time is the same as without surgery.
