After shooting a workshop in the city I put my chest strap on my go pro and went for a walk. Shooting HOWA portraits at night can get a little hectic at times. In an alley way I came across a girl calked Em sitting shivering with a small blanket across her knees. She was obviously freezing. I ran back to the truck and got her a sleeping bag donated by one of you guys. I got home and realised Id left the camera on. This encounter moved me to tears. I uploaded this so that those of you that donated the bags can get a sense of gratitude that people feel towards this project. So those if us sitting in our warm lounge rooms tonight can feel a little more greatful for what we have. I hope someone in the government sees this. Mr Barnett I challenge you to correct the system that allows young women to sit shivering on our city streets cold and vulnerable. I see this night after night and its illogical to see this states wealth not helping those who actually need help. #SB4HOWA
