After some advice please peoples! Ive had chronic pain in both my calf muscles for 2 days now! Its agony! Its less like cramp and more like lactic burn (those who like to run will probably know this feeling!) ashamed to say its not been caused by a gym workout or any such like! I woke up with it Tuesday night and its been getting worse! Spreading into my knees and making my legs feel heavy and on fire! Any ideas what it could be? Ive been drinking loads but have been ill so could be to do with that?
