After such an eventful, fun-filled and food-filled Easter, I simply must express some gratitude. Here are my Six Post-Easter Degrees Of Inspiration: 1) Another Day I’m grateful for another day; another chance to experience this wonderful world. I’m grateful to be alive, be awake, be healthy and be able to go out and enjoy it! 2) My Brother & My Half-Sister As my sister passed away, I’m grateful for my siblings. I don’t see them very often. We’re not even that close but, when my parents pass, we’ll have to take over and represent. As it happens, they are lovely people, so I think we’ll do a good job! 3) Genes I’m grateful for genes. Our parents don’t just bring us into the world, they imbue us with characteristics. My mum and dad chose well. I like what’s inside me. I’ve got my dad’s creative brain and my mother’s strong constitution. And we love the young man our son has become! 4) Life’s Rich Tapestry I’m grateful for life’s rich tapestry: all of my adventures, all my family, all of you, all of my plans, all of my dreams, all the laughter, all the madness. It makes for a good life! 5) Trust I’m grateful that people trust me and trust my judgement. I’m grateful that people want to be part of my world, grateful that people want to employ me, grateful that people seek my advice and guidance, and I’m grateful that people trust me with their secrets, fears and anxieties. I appreciate your trust in me. 6) Inspiration I actually have ideas. Lots of them. And some of them are good! People come to me and look to me for inspiration and, if nothing else, I can always provide ideas and solutions. I am very grateful that I am inspired and very grateful that inspirational ideas just arrive in my head! Have a great week. I love you all.
