After the BOZA meeting tonight the Chairman relayed to me that I may have offended Ms Milja-Smyly and I should apologize to her. It was not my intention to offend anyone. If I wrongly offended you Ms. Smyly... I apologize. I tried to expose Ms Smylys misguided effort, to get the variance passed with a motion containing a made up traffic impact assessment, and that it cast a pall on the entire BOZA process. Also, being willing to go to that extent, demonstrated a serious bias toward the developer and therefore, she should have recused herself from voting. Please judge for yourself if my comments were offensive as they are linked below. In my comments I tried to show that Ms Smyly was evidently not a native of MP and questioned whether she had the best interest of our town at heart. freepdfhosting/9a9641a40f.pdf
