After the Fukushima nuclear disaster in Japan two years ago, the German and Swiss governments shelved all plans of further developing their nuclear industry, and even went to an extent of putting in concrete moves to remove all reactors by 2022. However, according to the World Nuclear Association, Malaysia is seriously looking into having 3-4 nuclear power plants by 2030. Do you think Malaysia should go into such an industry considering what is currently being experienced not only by the Japanese people, but also past nuclear catastrophes? Please share and comment.
