After the concert at the Northampton psychiatric hospital chapel this afternoon. I went to play some unplugged songs at a high secure unit to patients that weren’t allowed to the chapel. The staff didnt initially want me to go in as there had just been some trouble on the ward. Assuring them I wasnt afraid, they gave me a panic alarm & allowed me in. Ive never seen an atmosphere change so fast! From confusion, chaos & fear to JOY & FUN! as I led the ward in R U Ready! & Its bubbling! They were all so appreciative it was really moving. Such a privilege to be invited to bring & sing Good News!
