After the disastrous launch of Marylands healthcare exchange, officials will use a staggered approach for the November enrollment. The rollout starts with a November 9th preview when people can browse health plans without creating an account. On November 15th, the first sign-up event will be held and the following day, a call center will begin phone enrollments. Individuals can enroll directly on November 19th. Maryland Republican gubernatorial candidate Larry Hogan is hoping New Jersey Governor Chris Christies influence will pump up his campaign coffer and his chances against Democratic Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown. Christie attended a Hogan fundraiser this morning in Bethesda. And when it comes to being rude along the roadways, Washington, DC has the second meanest drivers in the nation.
