After the heartwrenching day we had yesterday, we had another meeting with Billys doctors today. What a difference a day makes. Billy has been stable with acceptable ICPs for 24 hours and the surgeon was very encouraging. His advice is to hang in and stay the course... and plan for next steps. A tracheostomy on Friday and when he has had five good days in a row, they will begin to lift the coma. As Jeanne said, it feels good to smile again. I know it is by Gods grace and all your prayers that we have had this good day. Thank you.
