After the judicial review proved the Bristol City councils handling of the latest planning application was unlawful - The council have not properly taken on board these findings but instead are rushing the plans back to committee on the 5th of November. I have decided to write an open letter to the committee explaining some of the issues that are being ignored. While a little long please have a read as I think it explains the situation very well.
