After the storm Glenda had left Albay, electric power was shut down completely. Instantly, Liberty Commercial Center (LCC) in Legazpi City offered free charging of cell phones, laptops, LED flashlights and other gadgets requiring electric power. The free charging was done on the stage of the Activity Center at the 4th Floor. And I was one of those who took the opportunity. And this is what happened. This person, BRIAN MACEDA, was there singly to assist almost every one besides us. He was so helpful in spite of his disability. He was so warm, so hospitable and tirelessly, he made everything possible to accommodate every one, requiring us to have an extension line to afford all the others to be served.
