Job Title: Project Manager (Job Ref: BPPM 08) JD: Overall responsible for Project Planning, Management and execution by managing a team of 6 people and negotiating with vendors, sponsors, speakers etc Skills: Leadership, Management Skill, Strong interpersonal skills. Good command on written and verbal English, ability to manage team, event management skills. Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 per month Job Title: Project Coordinator (Admin & Finance) (Job Ref: BPPM 09) JD: to coordinate all the functions of the project and support the project management and other teams to perform their duties and ensure that the project plan is implemented as per the guidelines and agreement of the board. This job will also require management of project finances. Skills: Strong Management, Administration and basic finance skills Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month Job Title: Assistant Business Development Manager (Job Ref: BPPM 10) JD: To prepare customized mini proposals and presentations for different stakeholders for sponsorship. Approach different companies, present to them and close different leads for sponsorship. Skills: Extremely good business development, strong interpersonal skills and very good command over verbal and written English language Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month Job Title: Business Development Associate (2 positions) (Job Ref: BPPM 11) JD: the core function of this job is to gather data of different stakeholders and then call them to generate sponsorship leads. The main aim of these positions is to make sponsorship calls. Skills: Good communication, business development skills and lots of patience Salary: Basic plus commission.
