After the usual night of excruciating pain and no sleep, I got up to make some tea and put my mobile on as usual. THREE texts on there reminding me of hospital and clinic appointments, about which I know nothing - have received no letters, no info whatsoever - not a clue. Have spoken to 11, yes ELEVEN different people to try to find out whats going on where, with whom, and most importantly, why ??? NOW its time for a cuppa - I certainly need it. Im not at my best in the mornings and could have done without all this palaver. I wish they would co-ordinate their computer systems between hospitals, polyclinics and surgeries etc. Would certainly help mere mortals like me to know what the heck was going on !!!
