After three consecutive months of alarming Na/K levels for Mick, - TopicsExpress

After three consecutive months of alarming Na/K levels for Mick, with an increased dosage of Percorten each time, I called Norvartis and spoke to one of their veterinarians for an extended period of time. She was patient, logical, problem-solving and kind. In the end she could not say heat or cold would necessarily hurt the product, but handling (ie shaking) could. She explained, in a most courteous way, that using the low dose protocol jeopardizes the integrity of the product and the well-being of the dog....my words, not hers.
