After today, and after hearing the details, I am obviously less than thrilled. He had this season and next season still in contract. WE ARE IN A PENNANT RACE. You trade the best asset you have who is finally getting it together? and for what? a few high schoolers? LIKE ARE YOU NUTS!!! It will take years, at least 2 before those prospects hit a MLB field. They could have easily waited until the offseason to move him. We are battling for a playoff spot. With Price gone, and noone even close to his caliber to replace him, I dont see us going anywhere this year. I dont see us going anywhere until those prospects are ready. Maybe we pass the Yank-mees and Orioles and get into the postseason, but with what moves the As and Detroit did, I dont see us doing anything again. And I dont know about you guys, but I am tired of seeing us get into the Playoffs, and winning 1 game. Its time it got somewhere.
