After todays news regarding the bedroom tax we should remember that the courts have stipulated that families with children who have disabilities MUST be given the correct number of rooms according to their needs. Not according to what the government claim they need. We must also remember that had the ruling went against the government then the very same appeals process that Leigh Day are about to embark on, would be used by the government. This particular challenge has a long way to go before it is settled. Today is not a victory for those opposed to the bedroom tax, but neither is it for the government. Please continue to oppose and fight back against this policy.
