After two months of hospital to hospital to hospital, I was allowed out on weekend parole!!! I would ike to thank everyone who has sent wishes, prayers, love and SO MUCH SUPPORT to myself and my family. Words cannot express my thanks to all of you. I would especially like to thank those who have taken Laurie to and from hospital, wired, patched and painted, mowed and weeded, picked up and delivered Laurie to the hospitals and our close friends and extended family who responded to the emergency calls, even at the latest hour. You all know who you are and again, our deepest and heartfelt thanks. There is a fair ways to go until my full recovery, but I know that with the love, prayers and support, in the immortal words of Bob Marley Dont worry, everytings gonna be alright I will be returning to the Glenrose Rehab Hospital tonight for the remainder of my initial rehab and assessment, but hopefully I will return home this Wednesday until my prosthetic fitting and rehab in a month or so. Again, thanks again to all.
