After two rounds of auditions, it is our pleasure to announce the student soloists selected for the 2015 MacPhail Concerto & Aria Concert - MacPhail’s premier student performance event! These six students will perform live on stage with a chamber-sized orchestra comprised of professional musicians, both MacPhail faculty and guest musicians, on March 15th! This video is of 14 year old Matthew Qu, one of the winners! We had the pleasure of hearing him practice in our Antonello Hall this past fall! You can see the level of talent this competition showcases! Wonderful. Please join us in congratulating the full list of winners!
