After two years as manager, Craig Simpson, has decided to step down from his role. During his time in charge, Craig has taken the club from GFSN Division 3 to its current position in Division 1, and has introduced new playing opportunities through Futsal. Craigs knowledge of the game and enthusiasm for developing the playing skills of others have made him an asset to the club that will be greatly missed. Id like to thank Craig for his outstanding contribution to the club over the past two years and wish him well for the future. We will soon begin the process of recruiting a new manager. In the meantime, Chris Laban has agreed to act as caretaker for the forthcoming Mersey game, and I hope that he will have everyones full support for this.
