After waiting for months to hear back from a bureaucrat on an application on a settlement since July I was told my application was denied because I failed to response. Just like that ! She told me flat out that I did not response but never mentioned the 4 voice mails I left for her since the beginning of July asking her the status of my application. This is a conspiracy. Do bureaucrats get to decide everything for us ? Is that how a public servant does things ? They tell me I have to wait til next July before I can resubmit another application and that I cannot appeal. It all has to do with dollars and sense. Our dollars and no sense on their end.
