After waiting in the waiting room for about 2 hours I was finally seen by a medical assistant not an actual doctor (not that Im hating on medical assistants) and he examines me for all of five minutes before deciding that my sinus issues arent related to anything else and that my muscles are just stiff. He then proceeded to say hed give me stronger pain killers than Im taking now and some muscle relaxers and that if it didnt help to come back. I think I need to take up yoga if my stress is going to knot my muscles so tight it causes severe issues.
