After watching this video I now understand why Australia doesnt have efficient rail infrastructure as they do in other countries. Vancouver is a great example of a light rail system that is amazing to travel on from outer suburbs to the city avoiding all other traffic. It is the longest driverless light rapid train system in the world. It has a train every 2 mins to the city in peak hour, and every 6 mins non-peak times - imagine that! They even have one to the airport that doesnt necessitate a bank loan for the ticket. Why on earth cant we have something similar in this country where people are now living in areas that are so far from their work places. For Gods sake Australia, we need a better transport system and with this stupid, stupid government we have we will never have it.
