After weeks of speculation about the Governments plans to set up a Spaceport somewhere within the UK, Scotland was rumoured to be the most likely location, but a secret Wikileak report passed to us by whistleblower Edward Ben Nevis points at an already signed agreement to locate the Spaceport on Scilly.
