After what happened today in one of the autism Facebook groups, I thought this was very appropriate to post right away and not wait in the schedule. Three of us were treated badly but more so my two friends. We were trying in a nice way to stand up for autistic children (and ourselves). It ended very badly with autism being used as a slur against one friend, another called mean, and the three of us being called autism queens (whatever that means). neurowonderful.tumblr/post/66386003279/whydoesitmatter
