After winning my pro card I had some issues with food. So dont think for one second any one in the fitness industry is perfect! Because we are not. Post comp is a very crucial time. To reverse & reboot your metabolism. While sticking to macros is tough because you necessarily have nothing to look forward too it is the the most crucial part of your prep. With too much freedom and no self control comes fat gain FAST fat gain. Not very many competitors share this because they feel theyre supposed to hold some type of image but I wanted to share it to show everyone that temptation & life happens (not to mention a very long 30 week prep)I luckily caught it in enough time to not have done too much damage but I AM BACK AT IT! I have a lot goin on with my sponsorship these next few months so its time for me to look hoe ready again ЁЯШИ gimmie 3-4 weeks & Ill be back all how ready & shutЁЯШЛ
